All institutional data belongs exclusively to the respective college. Brightnous IT Services acts solely as a Data Processor. We do not sell, rent, or trade user data to any third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Security

How We Protect Your Data:

We utilize SSL encryption, secure cloud infrastructure, role-based access controls, and periodic backups to safeguard your information. Internal access is strictly restricted to authorized personnel only.

6. Data Retention

Data is retained during the active subscription period. Upon termination, data is typically retained for 30–60 days to allow for final exports before permanent deletion, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

7. Third-Party Services

We partner with trusted vendors for cloud hosting, payment gateways, and SMS/Email communication. These providers are contractually bound to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and data security.
