As a provider of cloud-hosted software with immediate resource allocation, Brightnous IT Services Pvt. Ltd. maintains a strict refund policy. Generally, all payments made towards our services are non-refundable, except under specific, verified conditions.

Duplicate payments made for the same subscription.
Technical failure solely attributable to our system that prevents service usage for an extended period (subject to internal review).

Non-Refundable

Change of personal or institutional decision.
Partial use of the system during a billing cycle.
Early termination of the service agreement.
Failure to use the system or feature non-usage.
