By subscribing to or using our College Management Software, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
Our software operates on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, hosted securely in the cloud.
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software during the subscription period.
Fees are payable in advance (monthly/quarterly/annually as agreed). Non-payment may result in suspension of access. Taxes, if applicable, shall be borne by the client.
Additional modules or customization requests are charged separately. Delivery for enhancements typically takes 3–5 working days based on complexity.
Technical support is provided during business hours. Critical issues are prioritized, and routine maintenance may result in temporary downtime.
We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, server issues, force majeure, or internet disruptions.
Brightnous IT Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect losses, misuse, or network failures. Total liability is capped at the last 12 months' subscription fees.
Services may be suspended or terminated if payments are overdue, terms are violated, or the system is misused.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. All legal matters fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hyderabad Courts.
